Allah Ke Bande

Theme: Songs By Vishal - Shekhar!

There is absolutely NOTHING that I can say about this song that hasn't already been said a million times before!!! 

'Allah Ke Bande' (translated to 'God's People') is an incredible song, which was written by Vishal, (one half of the musical duo; 'Vishal-Shekhar.') and was originally performed by Kailash Kher, however, this time it was re-worked with the magic and divinity of Raja Hasan.  I cannot emphasise, just how quickly Raja, transformed from a boy wonder, into a MASSIVE superstar overnight, with this song.  I actually think that he sang this song way better than the original singer - Kailash Kher!  The way Raja sang this song was simply divine, he added his own sweet gestures, facial expressions and innocence, and combined it with such love and sincerity.  He really moved me deeply and even now, when I think of this song, I cannot help but smile, because I honestly believe that the divinity of God was truly captured in that moment. 

This performance was in fact, what I label as Raja's 'GOLDEN' moment in Saregamapa 2007, where I knew that Raja would be a super-duper success!  Regardless of the politics behind his shock loss at Saregamapa 2007, Raja will shine brightly either way, because he is our 'Dilo Ka Raja' and I consider him to be the 'people's champion.'  He managed to touch everyone's heart, with his honesty, his sheer talent, beauty and simplicity as a person, and we will all have to make sure that he goes on to succeed in whatever he chooses to do in his life. 

Here is an interesting fact for you all - I would NEVER have created this website, if Raja had won Saregamapa 2007, because if he had won, he would have automatically had the necessary financial and P.R marketing team etc to support him and ensure his super success, but, because reality TV stardom is a fickle form of instant celebrity, a lot of stars once they have been 'discovered,' are generally forgotten within a year.  I mean, honestly, answer truthfully - how many of you can remember winners of previous reality TV shows, who are still a super success today?  I bet you could probably count them all on a single hand.  The reality TV formula generally ensures bumper television ratings and millions of cash-flow generated for TV networks, and possibly one or two smash hit albums for the winning artist, but, in the long run, they must rely on the public's support, to reach the dizzying heights of stardom and Raja has already won most people over, with a few wise words and his charming charisma.

In addition to the mass love that Raja has received, he also requires P.R and support, which is hopefully something that I can assist with.  Raja is an 'anmol heera' (priceless gem) to me and he is worth every penny that I have invested in creating this website.  I truly believe, in my heart, that he is destined for GREATNESS!!!.  He just needs the right people to support him and I would like to think of myself as one of them! :0)  In fact, all of my websites are run with an intense passion for the people, they are dedicated to, so hopefully that comes across in my work on this website also?
