Theme: Sad Songs!

'Awaarapan Banjarapan' marked a sharp contract to Raja's previous performances, as the theme for today was 'sad songs.'  Basically, each week, a different theme was given to the contestant's so that they could showcase their vocal range and versatility and with this soulful performance by Raja, you cannot help but, be moved.  He captures the essence of the words in this song so nicely and when he sings, I don't know why, but, it sounds like he has the world's burden resting on his young shoulders.  I am sure that he bears a lot of pain behind that sweet smile of his.  No one can sing with such intensity, without having experienced deep personal pain and suffering...
