Theme: Friendship Day Special!

'Teri Deewani' was actually one of the working titles, that I had thought of for this website, but, I settled for; 'Dilo Ka Raja, Humara Apna Raja Hasan Sagar' - because even though the latter, is a spectacularly long title, I think that it held more relevance to what Raja means to his fans.

Raja floored me with this powerful rendition of Kailash Kher's 'Teri Deewani,' I absolutely love it!!! 

Before Raja's performance begins, one of the judge's; (Bappi Lahiri) starts by giving Raja 10 points in advance, because he believes in Raja's ability to deliver!  Then two of Raja's best friends come on stage, where they recount a childhood story about Raja.  His friend states that they used to stand outside a television shop on the way to school, to sneakily watch TV and the owner used to tell them to go away, and Raja vowed that one day he would be a superstar and dominate the world!  (Isn't it funny how one's dreams, come true hey?!)

The clip ends with one half of the fab musical duo Vishal-Shekhar (Shekhar,) stating that Raja will be the busiest playback singer in the industry once this contest is over.  This statement holds major significance, because Raja (now that the contest is over) has actually bagged some amazing lucrative projects with some of the country's top producers and apparently he is the FIRST singer from such a contest to have such major success!
